Bitcoin mining hardware, hosting, and compute infrastructure.

Palm Data LLC has moved more than 200,000 miners since 2016. We source, test, and deploy ASIC fleets from two US warehouses — and we build the hosting and AI compute capacity that comes next.

01 — Hardware

Miners sourced, tested, and shipped from US soil.

Hardware is the core of the business and has been since 2016. We hold inventory in McPherson and Las Vegas, so orders leave a US dock instead of sitting in customs — and every machine passes our bench before it reaches yours.

New & refurbished ASICs

Air-cooled and hydro models from Bitmain, MicroBT, and Canaan, sourced through direct manufacturer and secondary-market channels.

Container-scale procurement

Single-pallet to multi-megawatt orders, with allocation planning around batch timing, freight windows, and hashprice.

Testing & repair

Every unit is benched, hashboard-verified, and burn-in tested before it ships. In-house repair for boards, PSUs, and controllers.

Secure settlement

Documented serials, inspection periods, and flexible payment terms on every deal. Wire, USDT, or USDC settlement.

Power gear & accessories

PSUs, PDUs, transformers, immersion tanks, and cooling hardware bundled with fleet orders.

Buyback & fleet rotation

We take older fleets on trade so operators can upgrade efficiency without stranding capital in idle machines.

02 — Hosting

Somewhere to plug the fleet in once it lands.

Buying machines is the easy half. We place hosted capacity with vetted operators, handle the freight and commissioning, and stay accountable for uptime after the trucks leave.

Colocation
Rack and shelf space for fleets of 10 to 10,000 machines, with metered power and transparent monthly statements.
Power terms
Fixed and index-linked contracts across partner sites in Kansas, Texas, and the Mountain West, with curtailment credits where available.
Monitoring
Per-unit hashrate, temperature, and uptime reporting, with alerting on offline boards and pool disconnects.
Remote hands
On-site technicians handle reboots, firmware, board swaps, and RMA logistics without you flying out.
Deployment logistics
Freight, receiving, racking, and commissioning managed end to end from either warehouse.
Reporting
Monthly production and uptime statements formatted for accounting and investor reporting.

03 — AI Infrastructure

The same power, pointed at a different workload.

Much of the mining industry is now competing for the same megawatts as AI compute. We help operators evaluate that pivot honestly — and supply the hardware and site work when the numbers support it.

01

GPU procurement

Enterprise accelerators and supporting server hardware sourced through the same channel relationships and inspection process we use for ASICs.

02

Site conversion

Feasibility work for turning mining sites into HPC-capable capacity: power quality, redundancy, cooling, networking, and physical security.

03

Power & thermal assessment

Load modeling and cooling design for high-density racks, including air-to-liquid retrofit paths for existing buildings.

04

Transition advisory

Straight guidance on what actually transfers from a mining operation to an AI hosting business — and what doesn't.

Why Palm Data

Ten years of doing the unglamorous parts correctly.

Logistics first

Freight, customs, receiving, and racking are where deals fall apart. It's the part we run ourselves.

US-based inventory

Two domestic warehouses mean shorter lead times and no overseas tariff surprises mid-order.

In-house testing

Hashboard-level verification and burn-in on every machine, new or refurbished, before it ships.

Direct relationships

A decade of manufacturer and secondary-market channels means allocation when supply is tight.

Inspection & documentation

Documented serials and inspection windows on every transaction before funds move.

Support after the sale

Warranty coordination, repair, and redeployment help long after the invoice clears.

How we work

From first call to hashing fleet.

  1. 01

    Consult

We talk power cost, timeline, and target efficiency before anyone quotes a machine.

  2. 02

    Quote & terms

Written quote with serials, freight, and payment terms. Funds move once terms are accepted.

  3. 03

    Test & ship

Bench testing and burn-in, then palletized freight from McPherson or Las Vegas.

  4. 04

    Deploy & support

Racking, commissioning, monitoring, and warranty handling once the fleet is live.

04 — About

A family-run operation, not a call center.

Palm Data is intentionally small. You deal directly with the people who own the outcome — the same two names on every order since 2016.

From our clients

We ordered 900 units expecting the usual customs headache. They shipped from Kansas and everything was hashing inside three weeks.

Operator, 12 MW site — Texas

Every serial was documented and the inspection window was real. That alone puts them ahead of most of the secondary market.

Private mining fund — Midwest

They told us our site wasn't a good AI conversion candidate and why. Refreshing to get that instead of a sales pitch.

Independent operator — Nevada

FAQ

Common questions.

No hard minimum. We work with single-unit buyers and with operators placing multi-megawatt orders, though pricing improves significantly at pallet and container volume.

New units carry the manufacturer warranty, typically 12 months from ship date. Used and refurbished units are generally covered by a 7-day DOA policy, or by a percentage of units added to the order to cover warranty exposure. Every deal is different, and the exact DOA terms are spelled out in the sales agreement.

Most orders ship palletized and insured from one of Palm Data's owned warehouses in McPherson, Kansas or Las Vegas, Nevada, usually within three to five business days of cleared funds. Depending on the deal, units may also ship directly from the seller to the buyer. International freight is quoted per order.

Wire transfer, USDT, and USDC. Payment terms are agreed per deal, with inspection windows spelled out in the sales agreement.

Yes. Hosting capacity is available for fleets purchased from us or from another vendor, subject to site availability and unit condition.

We do. Send model, quantity, condition, and location and we'll come back with a buyback or trade-in figure against newer hardware.
